Shipping fees, customs duties and VAT

Good news! All products in our store are free of standard shipping fees.

Normally, you do not need to pay any other fees. However, in some countries or in rare cases, customs may require buyers to pay customs duties and VAT. This depends on many factors that we cannot predict, and once this situation occurs, we will not be able to compensate you for this part of the cost.

We will usually ship out your order within 2 working days of receiving your payment.

Please note that your order may be shipped later than expected during Chinese holidays. We will publish a notice in a prominent position on our website in advance.
